Boiler Installation on Finance
Your boiler is one of the most important elements of your home – it keeps you warm and serves you hot water. If your boiler is old and not performing at its optimum level, or it is proving to be less energy efficient than other models, it might be time to replace it. It is not always that easy though, boilers can be expensive. Boilers can cost over £2,000 in some cases and that’s without the cost of the boiler installation. This can be a huge cost that may be out of your budget, especially if your boiler breaks down unexpectedly. At the Glasgow Boiler Company, we have the option of getting your boiler installation on finance, making it much more affordable.
Select Your Boiler
The first step is to select the type of boiler you would like to be installed in your home. There is the choice of a combi boiler, the most popular type of boiler installation and ideal for small homes, as there is no tank or cylinder required.
Alternatively, there is the system boiler, which is particularly beneficial for larger homes with a number of residents, as you can use hot water at the same time in different taps. If there is a large family in the property, the system boiler would be an ideal choice. You will require an external cylinder with this.
With a regular boiler, you would need an attic as you require a cold-water storage tank in addition to the cylinder. This is not suitable for small properties.
If you are unsure of the right boiler to suit your property and needs, you can speak to us and we will be happy to advise you.
Get a Quote
When you have selected a boiler, we will arrange a survey visit to your property to ascertain the size of the job and give you a fixed price quote. This will include the cost of the boiler and the boiler installation work.
Our staff at the office will then process your application for finance. There are three options:
- 0% finance over 2 years – No APR
- Buy Now Pay Later – No APR if paid within 12 months
- 10-year finance – 9.9% APR
You can decide the option you would like to go for, and the application will be processed. You will be given confirmation of the details, including the monthly payment required. A deposit will usually not be required, although it depends on whether the finance company requests this. If they do, you can expect to pay 10% of the total cost.
The boiler installation process will then be completed, and your repayments will begin within a 30-day period from the boiler being installed.
