What happens next?
- Our office will email or call you ASAP to confirm your appointment with our surveyor.
- Our Surveyor will contact you via a video call to go over the quote with you. You have to be present in your home for your booking appointment & a camera phone/iPad is required to complete the full process.
- This is to allow our surveyor to inspect various aspects of your heating system in order to give you an accurate quotation.
- If you do not wish to display your face during your video call, we welcome you to use your rear facing camera during the video call entirely, and not the front facing "selfie" camera.
- If you decide that you're happy with your quotation, we can then get you booked in for your installation at a time that suits you best.
